Making Moves: An Evening with Enviro Recruiters
May 29 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm$25 – $35
So you’re ready to make your move on that environmental or sustainability sector job of your dreams—congrats!! But how to stand out in a crowded field of aspirants?
Join Women’s Environmental Network for the centerpiece of our “May is for Making Moves!” theme—“Making Moves: An Evening with Enviro Recruiters” on Wednesday, May 29th from 6-9pm at San Francisco Department of the Environment (1455 Market Street, San Francisco). Please note: Doors open at 5:45 and the event will start promptly at 6:00, so please plan accordingly.
Meet recruiters from various sectors of the big environmental and sustainability space—government, nonprofit, recruitment firm, and corporate—who will share tips and insights on how best to catch the eye of key decision makers on the path to landing the position that’s perfect for you.
You’ll also have the opportunity to gather in small groups with each recruiter, to make a personal connection and ask questions specific to their area of expertise. Finally, you’ll have time to network freely among all attendees towards the conclusion of the evening.
Confirmed participants include:
- Preston Treichel, Senior Human Resources Consultant, City & County of San Francisco
- Eileen Ashton, Senior Associate, California Environmental Associates
- Stacy Dellinger, Human Resources Manager, Recruitment, Earthjustice
- Hope Zabronky, Program Coordinator, Strategic Energy Innovations (SEI) (which recruits and places Climate Corps fellows in the Bay Area)
- Bryan Grauss, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, SunRun
- Jalna Amar, Manager, US Recruitment and Onboarding, Integral Group
We look forward to seeing you at this exclusive and high-impact event, where we bring the recruiters to you!
Please reserve your spot in advance so we have the right amount of food and beverages (included in your ticket price). Nobody turned away for lack of funds.
