Making Waves: Finding Your Employment Niche
August 27 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
With all we’re going through these days, it’s a tough time to consider getting a job — or even promoting yourself. Join WEN as we talk to leaders in recruitment and hiring for government, environmental policy, and healthcare. This networking event will give you the tools you need to clarify your search and leverage your stories to launch the career you’ve always wanted – even during an economic downturn.
This deep networking event will allow us to consider opportunities to refine our ask and use our stories to launch our careers. We will consider opportunities in energy and cleantech, and learn how to become our own recruiter.
We will be exploring themes of:
- How to get jobs and skill-build during COVID
- Opportunities in leadership, government, sustainability, cleantech, energy
- Traits that employers are looking for: confidence, expertise, vision, and leadership
