July 2016: Drought Busters: Solutions for Residents and Small Businesses Working to Reduce Their Water Footprint

July 28, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$10 – $25
While some can ‘buy their way out of scarcity’, many cannot. Water is a basic human right and we need to ensure that clean and safe water remains accessible to all. Join the Women’s Environmental Network and Impact Hub for a panel discussion on innovative, forward-thinking solutions that seek to bridge the equity gap to preserve the quality, availability and accessibility of water in the San Francisco Bay Area. We encourage you to bring your own creative solutions to share!
The panel will include women leaders from community-based organizations, social enterprises and the public sector from around the San Francisco Bay Area, including Berkeley Climate Action Coalition’s Water Working Group and DIG Coop. Refreshments will be provided at this event.
Agenda:
6:00 – 6:30 PM: Registration and Networking
6:30 – 7:30 PM: Panel Discussion on Drought Busters
7:30 – 8:00 PM: Q&A and Networking
Please bring your own creative solutions to share)
