Being a Woman Environmentalist: Workshop on developing inclusive team and leadership styles in a male dominated industry

Join Women’s Environmental Network and the Ecology Center in a workshop focused on empowering women’s leadership styles. It is no secret that many industries, like the environmental field at-large, are historically male dominated and that the qualities interpreted as effective leadership are traditionally masculine. These leadership models often exclude women or force them to adapt in order to fit into male dominated spaces.

Hear from dynamic women leaders on the benefits of egalitarian leadership styles and how you too can find balance in masculine and feminine styles of leadership. Join us for an evening of storytelling and guidance on how the environmental industry can be more inclusive of leadership models.
